Report a claim online
Claims received before 16:00 are reviewed on the same working day. The time at which the form arrives determines whether this review can take place before that working day ends. A submission within the stated window is therefore assigned to the review scheduled for that day.
Before opening the online claim form, gather your policy number, the date on which the damage occurred and clear photographs of what was damaged. Keeping these three elements close at hand lets you enter the requested policy details, identify the relevant date and provide images that show the reported damage. Check that all three are ready before submitting the form.
Once the completed report has been sent, you receive a claim reference for the case. Use that reference when viewing the claim online. The digital status shows how processing is progressing after submission, allowing you to return later and follow the review through the online service rather than losing sight of the reported case.
If an urgent repair is necessary, retain every related receipt instead of discarding the paperwork. Damaged items also need to remain available while the claims team carries out its review. Wait until that examination is complete before disposing of those objects, so the receipts stay preserved and the affected property remains in place for the required assessment.
