For each query, pass the target language code. Simple8 automatically identifies the source language and generates the result in the chosen target language.

Before publishing, have important content checked by someone who is fluent in the target language and also take into account the rules of each country.

Rules for language codes

1. Locale codes are lowercase and contain 2 or 3 letters.
2. Region variants such as en-GB, de-DE, and pt-BR are not accepted.
3. The API can translate between languages while creating the selected Plain Language or Easy Language result.
4. An unsupported locale returns HTTP 400 with error code invalid_request and validation details.
